OK: Your screen looks and feels fine, it doesnt have deep scratches, cracks,
chips or marks, there cannot be any imperfections in the display.
Heavy wear but not cracked or chipped: Used devices with moderate to heavy use, there cannot be any
imperfections in the display.
Cracked, chipped or faulty condition: should be chosen if your device has any cracks, chips or
imperfections in the display.
Does it power on? If your device is not powering on it should be classed as no

The process for trading in TVs is different to the trade-in process for all other Devices. Instead of delivering your old TV to Assurant after completing a trade-in online you will have the option of either bringing your old TV in to your nearest JB Hi-Fi store or having it collected from you, if you have purchased a new TV from JB Hi Fi with Install included. We will share more information with you by email once you complete a TV trade-in.
